PURPOSE
This conference continues previous traditions to organise Operation Research
conference
in one of the Baltic States.
Previous conferences were organised in Riga, Latvia (1996, 2000) and Kaunas,
Lithuania (1998).

The conference relates to both theoretical and practical aspects of Operational
Research
and Simulation in the field of modelling and simulation of business systems.

DEADLINES AND REQUIREMENTS

Submission of papers: April 4, 2003

Acceptance notification: April 21, 2003

Early registration: April 28, 2003


Participants are invited to submit their papers for publication in the
conference proceedings.
The papers will be reviewed by programme committee members.
To be included in the conference proceedings a participant has to pay
registration fee before April 28, 2003.

Instructions for preparing papers are the following:

Text processor: MS Word for Windows 6.0 or higher
Page size and number: A4, up to 5 pages
Page margins (left, right, top, bottom) /mm/: 25
Font name and size: Times New Roman, 10 pt
Line spacing: Single

For convenience of paper preparation Template file is available. Select /Enable
macros/ when open.

Compressed documents (please use WinZip software) should be sent to
mosibus-tFujAheLgXIwnf/OCUKchA@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx .

Presentations positively evaluated in conference sections will be recommended
for publication in:

REGISTRATION

The total registration fee is 60 EUR (205 LTL) for early registrations (before
April 28, 2003).
The registration fee includes one copy of the conference proceedings, coffee
and tea during breaks.
Late registration fee (after April 28, 2003) is 80 EUR (270 LTL).
