Previous conferences were organised in Riga, Latvia (1996, 2000) and Kaunas, Lithuania (1998). The conference relates to both theoretical and practical aspects of Operational Research and Simulation in the field of modelling and simulation of business systems. The papers will be reviewed by programme committee members. To be included in the conference proceedings a participant has to pay registration fee before April 28, 2003. Instructions for preparing papers are the following: Text processor: MS Word for Windows 6.0 or higher Page size and number: A4, up to 5 pages Page margins (left, right, top, bottom) /mm/: 25 Font name and size: Times New Roman, 10 pt Line spacing: Single For convenience of paper preparation Template file is available. Presentations positively evaluated in conference sections will be recommended for publication in: Information technology and control, Informatica, Information Technology and Management Science, Business: Theory and Practice, Journal of Business Economics and Management, Journal of Civil Engineering and Management, International Journal of Strategic Management, Technological and Economic Development of Economy, International Journal of Strategic Property Management. REGISTRATION The total registration fee is 60 EUR (205 LTL) for early registrations (before April 28, 2003). The registration fee includes one copy of the conference proceedings, coffee and tea during breaks. Late registration fee (after April 28, 2003) is 80 EUR (270 LTL).
