My name is Mohamed El-Zawawy. I'm a Computer Science Assistant Lecturer at 
Cairo University, Faculty of Science, Math Dept, Computer Science Division. 

I would like to ask your kind help in seeking a full scholarship for a Ph D 
program in a university of an advanced country where the facilities are ample 
and the scientific atmosphere is more stimulating and competitive.
