July 01-- 02, 2003, San Diego , California, USA

International Conference on Computer Science and its Applications (ICCSA-2003)
will bring together researchers and practitioners from industry, academia
and government to advance the state of the art in computer science,
software engineering and technology and to encourage wider collaboration
between academics and industry. The conference includes keynote speeches
presented by technology and industry leaders, technical sessions,
professional development courses and seminars, as well as vendor
exhibits. The ICCSA-2003 will feature contributed as well as
invited papers concerned with theory, practice and applications.
The topics will include, but are not limited to, the following areas:

Algorithms, Artificial Intelligence, Databases,
Data Compression, Data Encryption, Data Mining,
Digital Signal Processing, Digital Library,
Distributed Systems, Expert Systems, . . .

Conference Location: San Diego , CA 92123, U.S.A.


INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS:

A full paper (not to exceed 10 single-paced pages), including title, author's
name(s), affiliation, mailing address, telephone, fax and e-mail of the
principal authors should reach the Program Chair on or before February 10,
2003. Papers will be accepted by electronic submission (PDF or Word format)
or by mail. The submitted manuscript should closely reflect the final paper
as it will appear in the Proceedings, which will be a maximum of 4 pages
(+6 pages with additional page charges) in the ICCSA double-column format.
The proceedings will be published for distribution at the conference.
At least one author of each accepted paper is expected to register
as a delegate and present the paper at the conference.
In addition to full papers, abstracts (not to exceed 2
single-spaced pages) for posters are also invited for poster
sessions. Proposals for Tutorials, Panels and Workshops are
also invited. Send one electronic copy of submissions to:
