DP Does Not Recognize Printer: msg#00009

Subject: DP Does Not Recognize Printer

Hi Everyone;

Perhaps one of you can help me. One of my clients just installed a
new printer: Brother HL 2040 Laser Printer. They have no problem
printing from Microsoft Word and from other programs on this
printer, but for some reason, DataPerfect doesn't recognize it and it
prints blank pages. I don't possess this printer and I'm not at the
location where they're having this problem. Does anyone know how
to set it up to work with DP?
