You can copy from one report to another as follows: 1. Go to the section of the report you want to copy. Do Alt-F4, us the cursor to select the fields/variables/text you want to copy ("BLOCK" will display at the top of the screen). What you select will not be highlighted (such as in WordPerfect or another wordprocessor). 2. Then press F10. 3. Go to new report then go to section where you want to paste copied stuff. Press Ctrl-F4. note: you can only copy stuff within a section, eg within the report section, or the first page header section. You can copy all the stuff appearing in several sections. Therefore you may need to do several copies and paste to get all the fields, rvs and text etc from one report to another. Although somewhat cumbersome it is still better then recreating a report from scratch. An alternative method is to do this within the .ste file with a text editor. Victor Warner.
