This post is just to say "thank you" to Ralph Alvy, Don Codling and Don Friedman for all their recent help with the various queries I have had. The example database that Don Friedman provided made all in the difference.

I cannot say I understand much of the explanation given (yet) but by following the instructions I can now achieve more of what I need to do.
