It can be located anywhere. When you specify the filename in the printer code, you need to give it the whole pathname. Long filenames are ok, and no quotes are needed. Just make sure that neither the filename or path contain a semicolon since that's used as a parameter delineator.
 
For example:
 
<250>C:\Some Folder\My Letterhead.bmp;-1;-1;0;0<250>

I must be missing something. My test report prints but without the letterhead image. Where should the graphic file be located? In the same directory as the DP panels?
