        * choose.h (ChooserPage::ifChecked): Remove.
        (ChooserPage::changeTrust): Convert from template to ordinary function.
        * choose.cc (ChooserPage::changeTrust): As above, plus avoid the use
        of custom class SetRequirement, when bind2nd(mem_fun(...),...) can
        achieve the same effect.
        * package_meta.h (SetRequirement): Remove, now unused.
