David, I think you could look at a light weight Wave Runner cover, not the heavy canvas one but one that was of lighter material. I think with just a little tayloring and putting it on backwards it might cover the trike up nicely. i was thinking of something similar but have been lucky with either being able to take it inside or having covered parking to put it in.
