All of the settings for your subscription are at this link:

If you've been subscribed for any amount of time, you'll have received an
automated email that tells you you're subscribed and the password you used
originally.

If that doesn't work, there's a link to the list administrators at the
bottom of that page. They should be able to remove you from the list.
