Thank you Charlie for sharing some of your adventure
and for the photos. May I ask what brand of tires you
are using and how many spare tubes and tires you must
bring on such a trip?  Also, if you know, what would
be the weight of the loaded trike? Have a safe trip
and a grand adventure.
