Does anyone recall the old Bloom County comic strip? When Opus got
seduced by those late-night informercials for the "Ronco Turnip
Twaddler" or whatever? This is how I feel when presented with goofy
bike gadgets. ;o)

OK, so you somehow run an air compressor off your drivetrain, and use
that to sound an array of these horns. Hmm...
