Ya'll Gotta See This!

Yeah, and in many states/locales if he exceeds a
certain speed/power limits with that, he needs to get
it licensed as a motorcycle. Not to mention liability
insured. Many states consider mopeds, which that is
sorta one, to be motor vehicles!

Cyclists should expect and demand safe 
accommodation on our public roads, 
just as does every other user.  

Nothing more is expected. 

Nothing less is acceptable!
