Celebration Company member nominated for a Lucille Lortel award

Celebration Company member Christopher Denham, (Warren in This Is Our
Youth, March, 2000, directed by Gary Ambler; Ray in The Beauty Queen
of Leenane, January, 2002, directed by Rebecca Palmore), has been
nominated for a Lucille Lortel Award for Best Actor.  Denham is
nominated for his performance of Matt in Adam Rapp's luminous and
brutal new play, Red Light Winter.  Red Light Winter is currently
playing off-broadway to sold out houses and has received wonderful
reviews.  If you're going to be in New York between now and September,
don't miss this show.  I saw it twice when it premiered at Steppenwolf
last summer.  Chris's performance is heart-wrenching.  Rapp's writing
and direction is hilarious, caustic, and pretty haunting.  One of the
top five shows I've ever seen.
