Voices of Peace

A local theatrical event is unfolding that concerns the continuing war and occupation of Iraq, now going into a fourth year.

The event is called Voices for Peace and is being hosted by an
ecumenical group of churches and religious organizations.  Read

Dramatic readings of texts will be performed.  We are seeking
actors to read the scripts, historical words by Sojourner Truth, Martin
Luther King Jr., Pope John Paul II, Julia Ward
Howe, Dick Shepherd, Desmond Tutu, El Salvadorian bishop Oscar Romero,
CPT member Tom Fox, and others.
