new mall question

a while ago, i remember reading how some activists were arrested for 
tresspassing because they passed out reprints of the first amendment in the 
mall (without permission). i found a case from wisconsin in the 1980s that 
concerns this, but i was wondering if anyone has heard of any other accounts of 
the same thing.
