ephemera: 'Silent Sounds': msg#00035culture.studies.general
This is to announce the special issue 'silent sounds' of 'ephemera: critical dialogues on organization', which has just been published at: http://www.ephemeraweb.org. In this issue an inter-disciplinary group of writers and artists questions 'sound' and 'silence', which are sometimes thought as stable, homogeneous forms. Instead of taking 'sound' and 'silence' for granted, the contributions collected in this issue are explorations of the multiple relations between sounds and silences and the important political and ethical implications connected to them.
