Beyond the Commons Update 30-10-02

Hello,

Just a note to let you know that the Beyond the Commons site has been
updated.

The site is dedicated to the development of a theory of enclosure. Recent
additions include links to a music and copyright bibliography, an
intellectual property links page, an article on Irish traditional music as
common property, and a series of pages on Bluegrass and copyright issues,
donated by Mike Allen.
