Subject: Re: According to the program guide, the world ends 7pm Monday - msg#00018

Looking at Monday, three morning shows I have set to record all eps
for, are missing. Two evening shows are still listed at the right
time.
I think we're paying too much for this service.

Peter, will we ever see more than 36 hour retention time again?
I thought one of the things that was supposed to have been fixed with

Wow...makes me wonder if SA has any type of software QA at all. They
consistently produce some of the buggiest stuff I've ever seen, especially
considering they completely control the hardware platform. If I was TW I'd be
shoving my foot so far up their a** it's not even funny.
