One reader in the Gulf raised the question...

One does hope Dr Pereira will not mind me quoting from a note he sent... 
and may I add that both his books have a great amount of details of 
mandos, which he and his co-authors have painstakingly researched and 
attempted to trace the origins of. One's only regret is that most books on 
Goa hardly get noticed when they're published; and by the time they're 
noticed, they're often out of print.

We need a network that would review books on Goa as soon as they're 
published. Wish the papers in Goa would take books on Goa more seriously!
