To all our Goan comrades who share a vision of an independent GOA "A HAPPY
NEW YEAR TO ALL OF YOU AND TO YOUR FAMILIES".

It is my sincere hope that in 2003 we can put together an adhoc committee
that would spell out the aims for all Goans to know what it means when we
vision a "GOA FOR GOANS FIRST".   This adhoc committee would do well to
espouse our point to the Indian Government as to why it is very important
that GOA be granted and be recognized as an "AUTONOMOUS STATE" within India.

My Goan friends Xac, Agnelo Gomes, Alex de Curtorim, A. Veronica and many
others who I know share our ideals for an autonomous GOA it would be a good
idea for now to leave the defense and foreign policies under India.  Once
India does recognize the fact that A PEACEFUL AND INDEPENDENT GOA is in no a
way a threat to them we can then formulate our own foreign policies and
still live the defense portfolio to India.   Let's make them feel a little
important too by making them our body guards and security personnel.

I agree with Xac and Ivor, "Goans are Goans and not Indians". Why Timorense
are not Indonesian? Palestinian are not Israelites? And so on....?

Recently Goa has been ruled by Goan? You mean Goa was Independent country?
I know 99% of Goans have "crab mentality" that's why Goan never will be
successful ruling. Anyway I am proud to be Goan. We need people like Xac,
Ivor, Agnelo Gomes, thiatrist Alex de Curtorim, A. Veronica  et. etc....
