Goa's phone numbers change from Nov 10, 2002. Prefix old number with a 2. New 
numbers will be seven-digit 2XXXXXX (where XXXXXX is the old number).

Goanet and Goanet-digest have been for a few days due to technical problems. 
There were also problems with the GoanVoice newsletters. Please contact 
Eddie Fernandes for issues related to the GoanVoice newsletters.

I would like to apologise for the delay in service. I believe that any 
messages sent to Goanet and Goanet-digest will be posted. Please be patient
