The case of Wahabism and Saudi Arabia ruling house is more complicated than
it is made out in these pages. It was a puritan movement within Islam like
Puritanism was within UK and, later, in USA. Both have their
"fundamentalism"
of religion and, yet, have contracts which are economically useful.
Religion, Purtianism, Economy, Politics, War and Violence make a very
colourful
but dangerous mix. We have it in Saudi and American society. Not everybody
is
a party, though. There are 'liberals' there too, sometimes influential,
sometimes
without influence, sulking in the corridors.
