 Dear goa-netters,  Admin team and Herr Carneiro!
 All of us deserve a good peg after 7 years (?) of bumpy road. It has helped
forging much exchange and fostered our "goan identity" (an ongoing process).
Some may have felt pinched or hurt along the way, some may feel triumphant
and glorious. All have made their bit of contribution to the process and all
deserve a clap! My suggestion is that a general amnesty is granted to all
who were reprimanded / excluded / expelled from this forum for whatever
reason (perhaps unjustified)!
