Hey Albert, hope you joined your lot with the rest of us, you may be a 
Mapshekar now but you are a Saliganvkar too... ! Too late to change our 
sight now! Gotten old & deteriorated!  With the machinery as is in Goa (read 
the article by Rico on Mr. Caldeira, his woes on trying to be a small scale 
entrepreneur in ceramics in Goa, providing job opportunities etc.) things 
never change, cant change, dont change & will/will not change? Flow with the 
tide,... only way to survive there, hence the mass emigration to other ends 
of the world, however patriotic one may be.

All old hat! If one cant beat them, join them! Exactly what most are doing & 
living in Saligao, whatever can be changed for the better, is being changed. 
  Uselss to foam at the mouth..let it go else we will all suffer from the 
various ailments in our advanced years... he he!  You know?  Hypertension, 
cardiac diseases, dementia, skin rashes, nervous breakdowns (all stress 
related).
