Dear Saligaonkars
People having BSNL phones often complain that their phones are not working. 
They are not aware of the racket going on in the BSNL. Reports in the 
newspaper have revealed that some top staff of BSNL have been in the net of 
the income tax. I had a phone earlier which would give me a heartattack as 
the bill used to come between three and half thousand to four. Anyone seeing 
the bill would think that I am having industries like VM Salgoankars. I 
wrote to the manager but no reply and after writing several letters I did 
get a reply that my phone bill is ok. I got my phone disconected and got 
another phone in Luiza's name. For my earlier phone I paid a deposit of six 
thousand and I got another shock when the BSNL sent me a bill in which the 
deposit was shown as 3300 and one old unpaid bill which is not also 
computerised bill but hand made has been sent to me and according to this 
bill I owe the BSNl a sum of one and half thousand or else they threatned to 
disconect all my phones. I wrote to the general Manager regarding this but 
the general manager has no reply to my letter. I wrote to the letters to the 
editor's column and immediately two officials of teh BSNL came to my door . 
I was not there but I spoke to them on the phone and told them that it is 
BSNL that owes me. I have taken reliance phone.
