Monitor phillips CRT 107T

Halo..
Gua ada monitor CRT 17 inch, merek Phillips jenis 107 T warna putih.  Lama ga 
dipake, lah pas dipakai... kok saya nggak bisa akses control menu-nya monitor 
ya? hanya tombol contrast dan brightness saja yang berfungsi.
setiap saya tekan tombol control menu, di layar selalu tertulis: control menu 
is locked
Help dong... manual monitor dah ngga ada sih...
