More than "quite partisan": more like nasty, hateful, myopic, silly and 
embarrassing.

Those, unfortunately, seem to be the typical characteristics of modern 
Democrats, meaning we can't have a reasonable dialog.  Before ranting 
about what has happened to the Republican Party, Mr. Keillor should 
wonder what happended to the Democratic Party of FDR, HST and JFK.  They 
would be Republicans today.  The Democratic Party lost its way with 
Vietnam and Jimmy Carter.
