community radio in India

Hi. I am Priyanka Mutha from New Delhi, India. I am doing a paper on Community Radio in India. Whatever posts, comments or articles that I have come across, on this topic, are all positive viewpoints. This revolution that is soon to hit India in a big way can't be all positive, there has to be a flip side to it - a not so happy face of the whole process...what is this flip side to the story?
