The Chintan-Bharti Waste Resource Centre, run in collaboration with Bharti Foundation, offers information and hands-on solutions for a variety of problems related to solid waste. It aims to enable organizations and individuals to learn how to reduce the impact of their activities on the environment by better handling of the waste that is generated. We help build greater institutional knowledge about waste, its minimization, and building capacity to handle it in the best possible manner. We also offer practical assistance and link up organizations and individuals with similar needs.

In our endeavour to help reduce every person?s ecological footprint, the Centre this year is bringing out a compilation of all the organic alternatives to all the various kinds of pesticides, insecticides and all toxic products that we use in our households for fighting pests. We will call it Detox, an effort to detoxify our lives!

You can help us in this manner: 

1.	If you know any greener/organic alternatives to the regular toxic pesticides and insecticides please send it to us. 
2.	You can also send us some names, addresses and contact details of the people who trade in organic pesticides.
3.	Tell us about some references that give information on organic pest control.
