a tsunami blog

there is website up to help those affected by the tsunami in south and
south east asia.

it seems like the ease with which blogger allows you to put up a
website, has made it easier and quicker for people to co-ordinate
relief and share information, with or without institutional aid.

perhaps a 'riot blog' could have made things slightly different?
