this has nothing to do with it being in "bituach menahalim". it has to do
with norms, and with usage of a specific clause in the contract (which i
talked about in my previous email).

the company may, if it wishes, withdraw this money in case you resigned
(after paying 35% tax on it). i've seen it done (it happened to me once
- and not only to me).
