My parents had American bank accounts when they stayed in the U.S. and they
aren't American citizens.

So what makes you think I "will fail"?

By interest, I mean that I will return some more of the money, not more of it
as time goes by. And I asked from some loans from a friends, so I can get
ahead.

BTW, I didn't ask that someone necessarily give me the entire sum. You may
also give me part of it.
