I don't know - it's possible I need both. As for #2, I can get an account
there, either from an online filling of the details or from an American bank
that my Israeli bank has contacts with.

I want the FIBI bank, because they have good support for Mozilla, and are also
well-aware of standards.

I could try to get my father to use his credit card. However, last time he had
some resistance to give PayPal his credit card number out of fear they'll
abuse it.
