We beat them.

We won a battle against the Thought Police in court, but the "war" continues.

The Special Forces Association (SFA), a fraternal organization of current and retired Special Forces personnel instigated and financed a lawsuit against Green Beret LTC Daniel Marvin (ret.) and our publishing company, TrineDay, for publishing Col. Marvin's Vietnam memoir of a 1966 covert mission command.  Our victory in Federal District court over the SFA came at a great cost. Colonel Dan and I are obligated to pay our lawyers. We currently owe around $80,000.
