Gas prices move in stagger-steps. They go up fifty cents, then down twenty, then up thirty, then down five, then up fifty ...

You must be really desperate to think of something - *anything* - about the Bush Redux administration to which you can point with pride.

"See? Gas prices are only $1.50 a gallon higher!" is not much of a recommendation.
