Article contains some interesting comments from Rumsfeld, re:  "The U.S. still 
operates as a five-and-dime store in an eBay world..."

Which is just the point I've been making regarding these conveniently-timed 
arrests of alleged terrorist plotters, and their strangely Luddite plans....one 
would think real terrorists would be availing themselves of the latest 
technology.  Instead we get plans that seem to spring from the middleaged and 
geriatric brains of western males who watched too many James Bond films in 
their youth......
