Mistrial declared in Marvin/TrineDay Trial

Howdy One and All,

Well, now, Federal District Court is most assuredly an interesting  
experience, tedium and high drama. The plaintiffs' lead attorney  
either had esophagus or heart trouble. He was admitted to a local  
hospital Tuesday night and the judge declared a mistrial on  
Wednesday.. This was after a day and a-half's worth of testimony. The  
plaintiffs called as a  first witness defendant Lt. Col. Marvin  
(ret). Dangerous Dan did a wonderful job of telling his true  
consistent story. The next day I was called first off and was  
attacked as being some wild-eyed conspiracy theorist (Imagine that!)

So we may have won a battle but the "war" ain't over. The fat lady  
get to spend the holidays in the green room. Trial is  rescheduled  
for sometime January 2006. Charleston is a beautiful city and I will  
be glad to spend time there.
