RE: Marge (the old gal) Pack weight.

I have no idea why the difference, I have gone through all my paperwork.
I purchased it in May 01 and for some reason I always thought it weighed l
pound
6 ounces, however I  cannot find anything to verify that....so will now call
it 1 pound 12 ounces as per their web site.

Their website puts the weight of this bag at 1 pound 12 ounces. A six ounce
difference is significant. Why is there a difference?
