re: new ultralight gear list

Thanks for the input Mappicus,

- water treatment
- flashlight or headlamp
- cord for bag-bagging

I include my crack vial full of iodine in my misc bag as well as two photon
lights(one velcroed to my hat with safety line to secure it)

As for the head and hands down to 32 deg I do need more insulation on the
head.  I plan on making a primaloft/nylon hood.  I have a set of elf booties
that I made for my feet that work well.  I will try an elf hood for my head.
I am lucky to hike alone with all this homemade stuff looking sooooo funnny
on me.   :-)
I will have to think about the gloves.  I have never really noticed being
too cold but maybe adding the fleece gloves or mittens under 40 degrees
might be worthwhile.
