Interesting. I've never heard of that. I must have the immunity, because I've never experienced anything like this. This was the good ol' fashion cold/flu. Wife and kid had it for a week before the trip and I thought I would escape it, but no luck. As it turned out, my hiking buddy got a similar thing the next day and was really laid out. It's made an early appearance this year. Two co-workers and a neighbor, too.
