Hi everyone, Just a quick note to let you know that Peggy Lou Morgan and Billy Ray's book is in circulation and being promoted in media.  She just finished a little whirlwind journey to San Francisco for a book group promotion and signing.  Penny Lane (Billy Ray's service dog stayed home with him.
