What a wonderful story.  Your neighbor is lucky to be where he is, and you (as 
you know!) are also fortunate to have him there.

I went right to my Bible, and found the first book of Numbers diligently 
counting all the young males who might be able to serve in the military.  This 
doesn't fit so well with my pacifist leanings, but I can always stretch what I 
read to suit my own purposes.  Maybe Ben is telling us that the "numbers" are 
steadily increasing --- of young people with stories to tell, of people who are 
open to hearing the stories, and of children and adults with all sorts of 
different means of expression getting the word out that they are SMART and have 
lots to teach us!

Do you have an address for the Fluties?  I would be happy to share my book with 
them.
