Yes.  One built upon another.  :o)    "Silence Is Golden" is from an oldies song heard this morning.   We had a gold-feathered bird come into the yard this morning and it inspired that verse [after reading Brian's Poem.]  I was searching for an image of that bird, as I've never seen one before like it.  I found the strangest image on Google called "Songbird Indexing Services ~ I Organize Intellectual Assets."   So, I put it up on my blog with the poem.   You can see the images here:

Surrender means giving up control and accepting love, i think.  Unless it's "Surrender Dorothy" .. then No way, Jose!  [lol]  Nice poems, everyone!  MaryAnn ... did that come in meditation with the children?  Brian ... i remember yours from a few months ago.   ThX to All for the shares.

"Silence is golden, but my eyes still see.

Talking is cheap, people follow like sheep."

Pity, they'll be the last ones to know.

He chose a gold rattle and cried through the night,

Unheard by all but one of pure light.

A gold-feathered songbird came to the yard today,

Under her eye the worms ran away.

Then the rain fell long,

going fast from one song.

The earth trembled low and its fire grew,

those worms then stirred, they knew the right thing to do.

Up to the surface, their wiggles aglow,

fueling songbirds so that World's Love could flow.

"Silence is golden, golden, but my eyes still see."
