Thanks very much for the info.  I can't tell how up-to-date CIBRA's
site is.  (I sympathize with them enough that when I noticed the
cibra.org domain was available, I bought it from Joker.com and
URL-forwarded to their site.  I'll turn the domain over to one of
their site admins as soon as I reach one.)  

Yeah, Lovass (sic) seems pretty awful.  What sorts of self-images must
these hardcore behaviorists have?  Are they soulless bastards devoid
of any inner life at all?  If not, how could they deny consciousness
in others?
