yes, but you need a sophisticated profiling tool and maybe more than 
just a IT8.7/4 target.

... to get paid for the effort you put in as you are not the one who is
to blame for that mess -- /You/ stick to the standards, but /you/ have 
to carry the can for the fact that somebody else dosn't :(
