Sure, Matt. Use a not-too-shiny proof paper and make an output profile for it. Set your reference/source profile to ISO Uncoated or similar, and the rendering intent to absolute colorimetric. It's very easy. You might want to edit the white point of your reference profile match the actual color of your press substrate.
