Thought about dependencies for JSF

Please feel free to tell me I am wrong here..

Why not make a file in ../master/sakai-jsf.xml file that we could  
include for basic Sakai JSF tools.  I am thinking about doing  
presentation and will just grab a bunch of lineswhich I barely  
understand from Wen Chen or Josh and put them into my project.xml  
until it works.

Why not do this once and let newbies like me not maintain the list of  
JSF dependencies.

We could develop a few of these to make it easier for us newbie tool  
writers to generate our project.xml's.

Thoughts?
