Re: Questions on the Help tool.

I'm pretty sure the helpEnabled property setting is broken - 
http://bugs.sakaiproject.org/jira/browse/SAK-3146 but I haven't checked 
it lately. The Jira is still opened though.  The way that used to work a 
long time ago was it turned of the help non-tool and the ? icon 
(non-tool meaning that it is a special thing that isn't really a tool 
like other tools that can be added or removed from a site). Maybe when 
it is fixed it should be a little finer grained so one could control 
either the help or the ? from showing/not showing.

It's been a while since I've goofed with Help, but I think what Michigan 
did to point to our own help files was set the sakai.property
# we want custom content for help
help.location = http://www.umich.edu/helpdocfolder/

and then we have in there files formatted just as the ootb help files 
would be, including the help 'front' page which has its own xml format I 
think. That's because the help (non)tool thing expects that front page 
in a certain format - its the index into the other pages.  So our 
helpdocfolder has the following files in it that have been edited from 
the ootb in some cases to conform to UM terminology.
