Questions on the Help tool.

Hi,
Our pilot team at Stanford has a couple of questions regarding the help 
tool and context sensitive help in Sakai.

1. Is there a way to change the Help Tool to point to an external web 
page?  We have a local help web site at Stanford and would like to take 
users to this web site when they click on the 'Help" on the left side.

2.  There is a ? mark on the top right corner which brings context 
sensitive help for the tool the user is currently using. Is there a way to 
hide this '?' mark?
